SFR Complete Renovation

This 2 bedroom/1 bath single family house renovation involved gutting almost everything except the roof and foundation, removing the existing drywall from all walls and ceilings and stripping floors down to the frame. All termite damaged wood was removed and replaced. Several walls were removed or moved and a 200sf addition made to the back of the house for a primary suite including dual walk-in closets and a full bathroom with double sinks, soaking tub and separate shower. All electrical wiring and plumbing was replaced and the main panel upgraded to a 225 amp modern breaker panel and subpanel. Level 5 finished drywalls and ceilings, completely new central air and heating system installed, all new double-glazed insulated windows and doors installed.
